最近感触特别多，或是开心，或是不开心，情况有点像天气，前半段是晴天，后半段是两天，中间没有阴天。
我想到一个事，如果我现在问你爸爸叫什么名字，你准能快速且准确的答上来，但是我问你爷爷叫什么名字，你兴许有点犯糊涂了，有点想不起来，如果问你爸爸的爷爷叫什么名字，你八成是不知道。但是在新中国，不知道毛泽东的人恐怕少之又少，这当中，除了媒体不停宣传之外，还有一个本质且颇为重要的因素：毛泽东为老百姓做过事，有过贡献。所以说，你会不会被人惦记在心头，跟你曾经有没有为他人做过事，影响过他人是密切相关的。
回到我的工作，我突然觉得自己有点被边缘了，就是不那么讨人喜欢。于是，我开始想为什么会这样。想了半天，我想是因为我过去的一年里做事不是那么主动，又不是那么细心。老板毕竟不是老爸，他不会像老爸那样宽容的对待你，他比较想看到的是，你做的事不需要他再去加工什么，他要的是成品而不是半成品，是合格品而不是废品，在乎的是如何完成一个项目然后收取费用而不是做事时你的内心是不是比较无聊。这就好理解了，他是要一个做事的人，而我是一个为他做事的人，如果我事做得不好的话，那么他显然会不高兴，换做谁都一样。你的贡献度比较低，他显然会忘记你的存在。有的时候，反过来想一想，会有另一番风景。
这样也许也还比较好办，我去找老板谈话，告诉他我会努力，会用心的做事，请他多给我一些工作。因为只有做的多，才能生巧吧。那么，我要怎么做呢？这绝对是这个难题。因为沟通本身就是一个十分有技巧的东西。等我做好了以后，再回来补这段。
无论如何，都要自己变得强大。就像19世纪中叶到20世纪中叶的中国，怎么样都是被人欺侮的。到后来，韬光养晦了很多年后，稍稍强大起来了，别人就不敢轻易怎么怎么得了。所以，俺要学习**，低调低调。
我不会轻易服输的。
中午吃饭的时候，和俊哥还有老李一起，得到些许宽慰，谢谢他们，生活有他们更精彩。
饭后，回到办公室，看窗外，突然天晴了。
