这个总结的主题是“专业技术人员、管理人员的‘思想和工作’”。也就是说，我一不小就被归类为专业技术人员了，以后出去的时候就可以跟别人吹嘘说，我是搞技术的。所以谢谢天健会计师事务所有限公司给我这么一个良好的平台，让我成为专业的技术人员。
既然是思想和工作的总结，那我在接下来的过程中，分两个部分来汇报下我在本年度工作期间的一些思想和工作情况。
首先是思想总结。
1、分析性说明
1．1 与去年同期相比：去年我这个时候的我还是学校里的一个学子，或是在图书馆里看看书，或是在自习室里，或是在睡大懒觉，或是去赶一些五花八门的招聘会，总之，都与学校有关。那时候的我，是骄人的，那时候的我，也是茫然的。今年，一不小心就工作了，出了校门，加入社会，更多的时候，其实是要承担更多的责任。
我有两个非常深切的感受，第一个感受是，我不是孩子了，第二个感觉有，我是大人了。有第一个感受是觉得自己不能像在学校里那样，想做什么就做什么，不能像从前的那样任性妄为，不能像从前的那样孩子气，总的来说就是不能在怎样怎样的；有第二个感觉是因为，觉得现在是个大人了，要是个男子汉，什么事都要承担下来，老爹老娘渐渐老去，越来越不如从前，他们把我拉扯成这么大，无论怎样都挺辛苦，他们很多时候都不清楚的知道我在做什么，这样反过来
我应该更加的明天整理，让他们过得更好点。
1.2 本年度各个月份之间比较：总体来说思想状态变化不大。其略程平稳上升趋势。原因是，随着对于工作的认识，参加工作的体会，融入社会的感触，其综合作用，使我更谙世事，使我更加成熟而理性。
2、调整事项，有时候感觉自己挺卑微，做事时（包括想追女孩）底气不是很足。估计与比较没钱有关。建议我自己，要么先变得有钱，然后底气实足，要么先底气实足，然后有钱。这两个怎么调整都行。
3、证据测试，未见异常。
4、思想工作结论，可接受。
接下来的，是工作总结。
工作其实才是整个过程中最重要的，因为相比于思想来说，做了什么工作人家是看在眼里的，你有什么样的思想，别人很难看的明白。所以就总结来说，工作比思想更重要。所以我把对工作的总结放在压轴的位置。
审计工作，有“经济警察”之称。但其实跟警察的差距还是非常非常大的，警察叔叔办案时可以调用的资源不是我们当审计的能够相媲美的。讲一个小小的故事，我的一个同事，去嘉兴做审计，恰好碰到了我的大学同学，在同一个银行审计。我的同事在审计的时候，他们都是自己找凭证，自己复印，仅管这都是份内工作。那个大学同学是当地银监会的，其是别人帮忙找凭证，别人帮忙复印。所以，我真的希望，我们在事务所从事审计工作的同事们都有更高的社会地位，更受人敬仰，更引以为傲。
我自己在参与的一些项目中，我的同事都给我非常大的帮忙，从中学习到非常多的东西。与同事之间的沟通交流非常的顺畅，整个工作氛围很好，我会坚持努力。他们在工作中，一点点耐心的给我讲解，不断的给新人我鼓励，这些都让我感到非常的温暖。
